## Dream Mega Events — Policies & Guidelines

Welcome to the official policy handbook for Dream Mega Events, organised under the Dream Network community.

This handbook establishes the policies, procedures, and standards governing Dream Mega Events. Its purpose is to ensure consistent event management, fair participation, and a positive experience for everyone involved.

### 1. Scope & Application

The policies outlined in this handbook apply to all Dream Mega Events and must be followed by the Staff and participants involved in these events.

Managers of other servers within Dream Network are also welcome to refer to this handbook when organising events in their respective communities. However, its adoption for events outside Dream Mega Events is at the discretion of the respective server management, unless otherwise required by Dream Network.

**Important:** Servers directly associated with or operating under Dream Mega Events are expected to follow this handbook's applicable policies and guidelines. Individual servers may maintain additional rules, provided they do not conflict with the requirements governing Dream Mega Events.

### 2. Handbook Maintenance & Updates

* **Management:** This handbook is maintained by the Dream Network Events Director team and the authorised Staff responsible for its upkeep.
* **Policy Updates:** Policies may be revised, introduced, or removed as operational requirements evolve.
* **Staying Informed:** Staff and other relevant personnel are responsible for reviewing applicable updates to remain informed of current procedures.

By following these guidelines, we aim to maintain a consistent, fair, and well-organised event environment throughout Dream Mega Events and provide a useful reference for other managers across Dream Network.
