Gift card prize Claim and exchange policy
Claiming Steam Gift Cards: Winners must claim their Steam Gift Card exactly as outlined in the event announcement. Alternatively, winners may choose a Steam game that fits within the value of the gift card won, subject to the event's terms and conditions.
Non-Exchangeable Prizes: Steam Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for other forms of compensation, such as PayPal credit or Discord Nitro, unless explicitly mentioned and allowed in the event details. Standard Dream Network event policies strictly prohibit such exchanges.
Exceptions for Technical/Transactional Errors: In the rare case of a technical or transactional error on our side, winners may have the option to convert their prize into one of two forms:
A replacement Steam Gift Card of equivalent value.
Another suitable alternative as agreed upon with Dream Network management.
All decisions regarding prize exchanges or replacements are at the sole discretion of Dream Network management.
Steam key prize Claim and exchange policy
Claiming Steam Keys:
Steam keys provided by Dream Network must be redeemed as they are.
There is no option to exchange or trade them for other items or keys.
Random Allocation:
The game tied to each Steam key is assigned randomly.
No specific game is guaranteed—it all depends on your luck!
Non-Convertibility:
Steam keys cannot be converted to cash, PayPal credit, Discord Nitro, or any other currency or equivalent.
